So, at school this week, we are discussing the idea of what it takes to lead change in an organization. We read an article about how there is an organization called, "Hillel" which is like a Jewish Crusade for Christ (only without the Christ part). There was a president in the 1990's who changed the entire organization which had been around for almost 100 years. He turned a dying organization into one with a purpose and vision. They are now accomplishing that vision. Here's the thing. I want to be that effective at change... I want to be able to come up with a vision, be effective at implementing it and help people keep the vision.
What change have you seen in an organization you are in? Did it work? What could have happen different? Any Ideas?
