Have you ever been in a situation of judging people? You see someone that doesn't fit your typical understanding of how people should be and you think to yourself, how could you "BE" like that?

I run into this thought regularly.  I don't know if it's something that I'm more sensitive to or I just have a very low tolerance for people but I have found myself "judging" people a lot recently and I don't like it that much. :-(

Here's what I think.  I think it's okay to have an understanding of "what" people do and not agree with them, even think they are wrong.  What isn't okay is judging someone to "be" a certain way because of something they have done.

I need to focus on letting people be who they are and let their actions be their actions.
