A Day Interrupted
I was reading some things on fatherhood last night and thinking about Macey (and daughter #2 on the way) and how I just want them to trust their dad (& mom of course). I want to be an example to them so that they know they can count on me and not worry about judgement or skepticism. Here's what I was thinking... I don't ever want them to think that they are interrupting me... They are priority #1, along with their mother. I can't wait to explain to my girls that they will NEVER be an interruption. I want to always put them before my task at hand.
What do you do? Are you conscious about doing that for your kids? Did you parents do something that you thought was cool?
